ART & Yoga Camp

Yoga mats and all supplies are provided
Art and yoga have mental, emotional, and physical benefits to a growing body. Both disciplines enhance concentration, creativity, and confidence. Our morning will begin with yoga practice (lots of giggling and getting our day started in an energetic way) and then we will transition to art projects. This camp is taught by owner Amy Anderson and certified yoga instructor Laura Gadilhe.
